President Biden recently told the 50 state governors that there's no "federal solution" to Omicron, and the CDC just halved their quarantine guidelines in order to keep people at work.

This sounds an awful lot like Trump and the Republicans' covid strategy that Biden was elected to reverse. Given that Biden’s 2020 victory was based primarily on people’s impression that he would implement a robust federal strategy, this comes as particularly startling news.
