Thanks for covering the DeSantis torture story. troubling though it was. Literally have not seen that one any other place (although maybe I just missed it). I think this proves we’d be better off with Trump than with DeSantis.
By now I feel sure we’d be better off with Trump than Biden (just compare their terms in office, Biden’s team has been far more insane/ nefarious). Polls apparently seem to suggest that DeSantis is not polling too well against Trump, which is a relief.
If Trump is smart, and I think we’ve all seen that he is, in a very particular way at least, he’ll use stories like the DeSantis one to paint the man as the psycho he clearly is.
So can’t believe I’m saying this, but unless there’s some miracle in terms of RFKs chances with the Dems, or else some other major development, I’ll be supporting Trump for President in 2024. That can be pinned entirely on how catastrophic the Democrats have been for the US and the West in general (their so-called allies) since taking office.
