Pelosi is a liability. The Dem establishment must see that. She’s one of the most disliked politicians in the country. Yet she’s talking about another term. That party is run by geriatrics. No wonder younger voters are leaving in droves.
So why the fuck is she supporting Henry Cuellar? She said they don’t need him to be prochoice to codify Roe, but that’s clearly not true. She likes having the Senate to fight her, because she can put forth these bills and even pass them in the House, without having to deal with the repercussions of it passing into law. She doesn’t actually seem to intend to accomplish any of these reforms, only to have valiantly tried to do so. It’s sickening.
I lived in Pelosi’s district ten years ago. It was inundated by tech bros, who tend to be incredibly insensitive and out of touch. They wear a Democrat label as a weird point of pride that I think is mainly based on appearing as liberal to women, which is why Hillary was so appealing to them. She is a warmonger full of avarice and corporate adoration, but she spews feminist rhetoric.
